Blending a love of vintage Rock And Roll music and cinematic storytelling, WAYFORD WEST create euphoric and melodic guitar anthems in their very own style. The band’s music is shaped by a diverse range of influences, drawing heavily from the sounds of the 1950s, 60s, and 70s.

Coming from Fulda, a small town in Germany, WAYFORD WEST began as a studio project in 2022 with their EPs ‘The Berlin Tapes’ (2022) and ‘The Rangeland Sessions’ (2023).
Alongside their studio projects, the band has also presented their music live in an acoustic format, performing under the program title ‘The Good, The Mad, And The Unplugged’. By the summer of 2024, the band’s lineup was completed with Maximilian Schmidt (vocals, guitar), Florin Pfeffermann (bass, vocals), and Julian Müller (drums).

WAYFORD WEST’s debut album ‘In Search Of The Blue Moon’ captures the very essence of the band. Rooted in melodic rock and roll and driven by cinematic storytelling, the eight tracks take listeners on a journey through themes of adventure, longing, and the search for one’s true path. Each song unfolds like a chapter, blending emotion and atmosphere into a sound that’s both timeless and bold.
